Every design begins with 1-dimensional modeling and simulation, followed by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis using parameters derived from empirical testing in our thermal lab. Prototypes undergo validation testing for leaks using helium mass spectrometry and flow testing to confirm full cold plate functionality and accurate pressure drop estimates.
